Taskbar Auto hide

Featured Replies

I like to have my taskbar on auto hide but since I have installed SP I find that after a bit of use I can no longer get to the taskbar - it doesn't pop up. I think it is not staying on top though that is clicked. Anyone else noticed that? I seem to be getting that on two different installations of 98SE (98Lite).

With 1.5, I added a newer Explorer.exe in the service pack. It was from IE 5.01 SP2. I think the reason of the problem is that Explorer.exe.

The version 2.0 will not contain Explorer.exe. So, this bug will probably be fixed by the 2.0.

Russian version of SP since 1.5 also contains explorer.exe ver.4.72.3612.1700,

but the problem described here not exists - very strange one, i think.

Perhaps, explorer.exe is not the reason.

I ran into the same problem using the service pack and 98lite.
