I am trying to download midi sound to my pc which is running XP and I have the SP2 downloaded, I know I am suppose to be able to right click and then save as target, but it is greyed out. am I missing something??? thanks for any help I might get, ps I am needing the midi sound for web pages that I am trying to help my 12 year old with.Cherie Land
bucketbuster
Maybe the save as is greyed out because the midi can't be saved?Or you aren't allowed to?You could try another browser like Opera, Firefox or Netscape.
rendrag
another option is to open the file and see if it opens in something like media player or something like that... if it does, you should then be able to save the file, either by File -> Save, or File -> Save As
Synapse
view the source, search the source for .midi and copy that link and put it in internet explorer.. it should come up with the download box. if not, you can always listen to the full midi then search your internet cache for the midi.if all else fails, give me the link to the midi and i'll see what i can do =PFireFox > Internet Explorer... if you got Firefox.. hit tools -> Page info -> Media Tab then look in that list for the midi... and hit save...
