Ive found how to remove reg entries via batch files (reg delete), and I know that you can remove registry hives in .reg files by placing a '-" in front of the hive name (ie: [-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.avi\ShellEx].

If its even possible, what would the syntax be if you wanted to delete a key, such as a sting value, using a reg file?

Thanks.
