Problems with Install Shield

I followed the directions exactly to create the setup.iss file and placed it in the same location as the setup.exe. But when I use setup.exe -s to install, nothing happens at all. No visual, no install, no nothing. The hard drive light flickers for a few seconds like it's trying to do something, then nothing. I've 3 different install shield programs. Same thing with all 3

Is it installing from HD or CD? (you need -f2 parameter if from CD) Also, check the error code inside the log file.

try using /s instead of -s . you should add /sms as well.
