Microsoft has released the Royale theme from Windows Media Center 2005 to the general public:

*EDIT* The exe works only on TabletPC but you can extract the files with winzip, winrar or something, and place it in your themes dir on Windows XP *EDIT*

when i extract that file i see the following:

if i put this folder on C:\WINDOWS\RESOURCES\THEMES and clicking on desktop properties i can't select this theme.

1- energybliss.jpg

2- royale.msstyles

3- royale.theme

4- shellstyle.dll

We put them here:
