winnt product key

i've just made an unattended windows xp prof cd and ran it on vmware. when in came to putting in the product key, instead of just carrying on, it stopped and asked for the key to be entered even tho its included in the winnt.sif file. any suggestions?

INvalid key, or you entered it wrong.

sp2 has a different line in winnt.sif than previous ones...so check to find out which one is correct for your OS
