Can i have the OemPnPDriversPath= in winnt.sif look for drivers in paths on the CDROM?


It makes no difference whatsoever if it's a CD or DVD. It works exactly the same.

Sorry, I guess I was unclear on that one :D

What i ment was, can I have OemPnPDriversPath in wintt.sif look for drivers on the CD/DVD -ROM rather than on %systemdrive%\Drivers\000_somedriver

eg OemPnPDriversPath=%CDROM%\drivers\001_graphics

So that I dont have to copy drivers to HDD (to reduce install time)

OemPnPDriversPath appends %SystemDrive% before each entry. or go DeviceDrivers forum and read Pyron's drivers from CD thread.
