dead_elvis Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 Hello... I'm sure there is a very simple answer to this. Basically I'm selling a PC I've had for a few years in a shared house with a few user areas on and far too much crap squirelled away on it... I want to wipe the whole machine and then install XP and Office again to sell it. How do I do this? Through MS-DOS? Thanks for your help.
Alanoll Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 If you want to reinstall XP, then you can put in the disc, and boot into the CDROM, and have Setup format the drive.BUt you're gonna sell a computer with your XP CDKEY on it?
