I run an FTP server on my home pc for my work apps, and sometimes my ip changes and them im stuck 0_o

Was just wondering is there any way i can be sent an email when my ip changes or something like that?

There is a software Name : IP Mailer v2004

Program Description :

If your ISP gives your computer, or your router/gateway, a dynamic IP (Internet Protocol) address that changes from time to time, you can email your IP address automatically to your friends and office/home so that you can find your computer for remote access regardless of the constantly changing IP address. If you use your computer remotely or need to have other people access some server functionality on your PC you can let them know what your IP address is automatically when it changes by letting IP Mailer handle the situation.

IP Mailer constantly monitors your IP, and once you connect with your modem or your IP changes for some other reason, IP Mailer will detect it automatically.

IP Mailer can also additionally send you the IP address once a day, whether it has changed or not.

You could always just try setting your home computer/network for a static outside address.
