Hello (for first time in Win 2000 forum)

When i installed Windows 2000 (on clean C:\) , my internet is extremely slow.

I test my speed and instead 256 k i have, i get about 40k. Help?

What kind off access do you use?

Try to download latest drivers for your connecting device...

But everything went fine wit the same drivers in Windows 98 SE.

But Windows XP and Windows 98SE don't use the same device drivers...

And where should i find the drivers? And im using 2000.

You never did mention your internet connection type. Also, if you have any P2P programs running (Bittorrent, Kazaa, eDonkey....) these also will eat up your bandwith and slow your internet connection.
