September 10, 200223 yr Hmmmm, i installed Service Pack 1 today, but yet i dont have a new msn messenger, i still have Messenger 4.7, no new updated it either... Windows Media Player is still not updated either... I left the install to itself, it came up with no errors so as far as i know it installed lovely. I understood i would get a new msn and WMP (updated versions) but i havent here.
September 10, 200223 yr Me neither, it will be a seperate download in future. WMP9 and MSN Messenger 5 is still in beta testing.
September 10, 200223 yr This troubles me.....if WMP 9 and msn messenger are not on the real version of SP1...how the hell were people extracting the beta versions of WMP and Messenger from the leaked Beta version of SP1???Im confused.... -Drew
September 10, 200223 yr Author Drew, ya must have read my mind... I was thinking the same, all the SS's i seen with MSN 5 and WMP 9 in i thought it was coming out with SP1... Obviously not.
