fourte3n
thankyou guys.... will give it a whirl now. I have been agonising about that for a while as I see many different examples on this site some have the \ and some don't and windows made the theme with some areas having the \ and some not... it seems a bit dodgey. MHz
i think i may have found it..CustomDefaultThemeFile="%WinDir%Resources\Themes\SPACEMILK.THEME"should beCustomDefaultThemeFile="%WinDir%\Resources\Themes\SPACEMILK.THEME"I agree that winnt.sif slash missing may be the fault fourte3n. The theme file itself always seem to be missing slashes, but they still apply fine. Even look into the registry and you have slashes missing for theme stuff. If you look inside Docs and settings, windows writes up a theme script file that has missing slashes. Weird but true.Ensure that you logon the first time to get your theme before reboot else you get only classic.Hope I help alittle.

MHz
Ensure that you logon the first time to get your theme before reboot else you get only classic.Oh, I had problems with no themes appling. Found out that because I had it rebooting right after runonceex without first logon to desktop. The following logon, I would only get classic only . Found out after several installs that you must let it logon first time to get your theme setting. Just thought I would mention. Incase you were following in my footsteps. ok?
