fender62 Posted September 21, 2004 Posted September 21, 2004 i have sp2 a an exe how do i extract it to a folder as i want to slipstream,i triednlite but it needs .NET Framework i cant find it on the windows xp pro cd and my net connection is very slow so it would take an age to download.is it on xp pro cd hidden do i really need nlite .

Daimao Posted September 21, 2004 Posted September 21, 2004 Do it like thisPut SP2.exe (it's a longer name but you can rename it) in C:\XP Copy all the files of your XP CD to C:\XP\CDNow open Command Prompt and type :C:\XP\SP2 /integrate:C:\XP\CDet voila,your windows is slipstreamed with sp2
