sp2 extract hlp plz

i have sp2 a an exe how do i extract it to a folder as i want to slipstream,i tried

nlite but it needs .NET Framework i cant find it on the windows xp pro cd and my net connection is very slow so it would take an age to download.is it on xp pro cd hidden do i really need nlite .

If you have got WinRAR, you can extract the files. Simply right clic on the EXE file and "Extract to ...".

Do it like this

Put SP2.exe (it's a longer name but you can rename it) in C:\XP

Copy all the files of your XP CD to C:\XP\CD

Now open Command Prompt and type :

C:\XP\SP2 /integrate:C:\XP\CD

et voila,your windows is slipstreamed with sp2

Yeah...you don't need to extract. I use this command (same as above):

I:\XPsp2.exe /integrate:C:\XPCD
