hi there I don't have an answer but having 3 errors seems like a major problem doesn't it? what did u do to your comp prior to ending up like this?

virus? spyware? u failed install of a program? or easy as registering a dll? seems like a serious problem, check your registry for errors. check for all stuff like that, if fails go to recovery and overwrite your current xp install....

Actually I had some problems with the NAV2004, & somehow I couldn't get it reinstalled...

(I have another AV now)

I found this: Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 295824

which made me wonder if NAV left some entries messing with my Office...

but couldn't find any...

So, I tried to reinstall Office with no luck...
