Aaron
If it says it can't find the file, did you check to see if it actually exists or not in C:\Install\WMP10\ ?Please use CODE tags when pasting seperate pieces of code, its hard enough trying to comprehend all of that. http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=21582
McoreD
Try this method for creating a silent WMP10 setup. http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=26571&hl=Then in RunOnceEx.cmd just have REG ADD %KEY%\085 /VE /D "Windows Media Player 10" /fREG ADD %KEY%\085 /V 1 /D "\"%CDROM%\EXTRA\WMP10\mp10setupMSFN.exe\"" /fThat's all you gotta do. dienkhung
i removed wmp, and the wmp codecs from cd using nlite
Denney
You need to install "wmp10.inf" FIRST and then run the "setup_wm.exe" file. You might need to install the other inf files as well but I haven't run into any problems yet. This is caused by removing WMP9 from your CD using nLite. I'm trying to work out a fix for it.Extract "MP10Setup.exe" using WinRAR and copy all files to your CD then put this in a command file and call it from RunOnceEx (Replace %location of% strings with the proper location):rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %location of WMP10.INF file%,DefaultInstall%location of setup_wm.exe file% /DisallowSystemRestore /Q:A /R:N
