jca2004 Posted September 7, 2004 Posted September 7, 2004 I made an MP3 Cd or Disk, the option where you can put alot of MP3 songs on a cd. But I burned it and for some reason it won't play on my MP3 Compatible DVD Player.
prathapml Posted September 7, 2004 Posted September 7, 2004 If in your shoes, I'd check what kind of directory-organization the player supported. Whether it wants all the files in the CD-root, or whether it supports upto 1 directory level down, etc.Put in different MP3 CDs, and see which ones work. Make a CD accordingly with the same kind of directory-organization.One more thing to check might be whether you accidentally burnt a multi-session CD and whether you closed the session - many players don't like multi-session CDs.Do post back on how it goes.
sven Posted September 8, 2004 Posted September 8, 2004 in teh nero smart start, go to audio then "make mp3 cd"it will take you instantly to the page where you put in the songs you want. drag them in for folder 1, or right click inside, and select make new folder to make some sub folders or somethingonce thats done, just go thru the regular burning routine for nero, just check, like prathapml said, if your mp3 player has the folder stuff, but it should. i sugest using a cd-rw for this, as you can erase it to make a new mp3 cd every once in a while.you might also check to see if you finilized the cd, it should be as important, but it might be the problem
