deps Posted August 29, 2004 Share Posted August 29, 2004 Hi everyone, I just got myself a new printer to replace the old one but i am having a hell of a time trying to get it work.It now eightdays and i have notbeen able to get it work. The printer in question is an HP 3520 DESKJET, Having done this before with many printers i could not dream of taking that long to get this one done. HERE IS WHAT IS I HAVE TO DEAL WITH,EVERY TIME I PUT THE SOFTWEAR IN AND HIT RUN IT TAHE ME TO THE FIRST STAGE BUT NOTHING ELSE.IT WILL THEN STOP AND TELL ME THAT "WINDOW INSTALLER PACKAGE A PROGRAM REQUIRED FOR THIS INSTALL TO COMPLETE COULD NOT BE RUN.
