briasa Posted August 25, 2004 Share Posted August 25, 2004 I reinstalled windows xp on August 22nd and I skipped registering with microsoft because I couldn't connect to the internet at the time. I have not had the reminder pop up to register like I have had in the past and I am wondering if someone can tell me how to go about registering again? I have no idea how I would do this. I reinstalled because I couldn't get the SP2 update to download and I still cannot get it to download. I am sitting with the icon saying 0% downloaded since I reinstalled. zprog Posted August 25, 2004 Share Posted August 25, 2004 I know this doesn't look like much of advice, but I would just wait until that popup goes up again. I thought it was in the Accessories, but I can't find it there. I redid my whole computer the other day, and Windows didn't need me to activate it.
