substance12 Posted August 20, 2004 Posted August 20, 2004 I have 2 computer using xp on the same LAN. I copied some mp3s to my other computer through the use of shared folders. The problem is, on that computer I can't copy or delete or move those files. What is going on?
enuffsaid Posted August 21, 2004 Posted August 21, 2004 Is the connection with the other computer still on? What Service Pack are you running? Have you tried rebooting the computer which won't let you move the files?
principal skinn Posted August 21, 2004 Posted August 21, 2004 Just a guess, but what are the permissions on the folder r/w/d etc? Who are you logged in as, and do they have admin priviliges.
