PHP-Puke. That's not creating a webpage, that's using a script to do everything for you.

It depends on what you want, to create a webpage yourself or having a script do it for you? Goes with your needs.

I prefer XHTML any day. If you are anyway intent on using server side scripts to serve up data from a DB, I'd say go for ASP.

Either ASP or PHP are good, but the point remains the same. It's best to do your OWN work and have freedom to control your creation then to have a script do it for you.
