dandragonrage Posted August 16, 2004 Posted August 16, 2004 I haven't used ISA for years... Can I just completely rip it out of XP?
Bâshrat the Sneaky Posted August 16, 2004 Posted August 16, 2004 IS there support for ISA in Windows XP? I doubt it...
dandragonrage Posted August 16, 2004 Author Posted August 16, 2004 Yes, there is. I did run it on a K6-2 once and that did have ISA. Also, check out your registry for 'isapnp' and you'll find plenty of stuff.
eth0 Posted August 16, 2004 Posted August 16, 2004 it's still there in XP, but at best its very flaky compared with win9x/NT.With Windows 2003, MS finally (!) stopped supporting ISA bus.
