missing files?

I have a full version of ERD 2003 ( paid for)....... I can run it on it's on CD. work great

i'm trying to add a plugin for PE,, not sure how

i have read some post on the way BartPE does it but i have a few files i can't file?

here they are........... Do I really need these and where do I get them...

DiskManagerAPIDLL.dll, DUNZIP32.DLL, DZIP32.DLL, Fileshare.exe, FileRestore.exe, srvsvc.dll, SystemCompare.exe, SystemRestore.exe

These files are located on the ERD 2003 CD, in the i386/system32 folder. These files should also be on the AdminPak CD.
