All but one critical update

I've modified my own XPCTHLST.TXT for XPP and I got XPCREATE to use that. My problem is that KB839643 still isn't installed after install. Every other hotfix is, and I'd like to get it to 0 criticals. Ths problem seems to be that it uses a '/integrate' flag to specify where to install. How can I give just this update special flags?

Here are the lines I added to get the latest updates:

As I recall, I never got this one to work cleanly from SVCPACK.INF. There have been some workarounds, from ToBe as I recall. The problem is basically that part of the DX install completes upon reboot, and wipes out the update. However, DX9C renders the update obsolete. XPCREATE, when updated, will be using DX9C.

As for the "/integrate" switch, most, if not all, of these newer updates are backwards compatable with the old, single letter switches that XPCREATE still uses. I also prefer to manually integrate, as opposed to the built in "integrate" option, as it gives me better control over the integration process.

Welcome, funnyguy, to MSFN!
