converting .BNK & .QFS files

Many games I own such as the Need for Speed series has its demos, trailers, movies etc. in .BNK and .QFS format. Is there any way I can convert the videos to MPG-4 and audios to .WMA since I want to listen to them by ripping on CD. (My car's got a CD player).

P.S.: I already know how to use RAD Game tools to convert .BIK into MPG-4. Apparently .BNK is some other format unsupported by RAD.

after google...

With your new .bnk file selected pick on the “Convert a file” button. The dialog box you now see offers the choice to convert your assembled file into several formats. You can convert it into an AVI or into single frames of several types.
