Infogrames Le Mans 24hours, require dx 8.1

Hey guys.

I just installed my "old" game, Le Mans 24 Hours.

But when I try running the game, it comes up with this error :

I have DirectX 9.0b installed. I tried visiting Infogrames website, but they joined with Atari, so no info available on the title there.

i'd suggest installing Directx 8.1.. sometimes thats all that requires.. and it wont actually go over existing files
