WinPimp Posted July 16, 2004 Posted July 16, 2004 I have no idea how this happened, but have been trying some keys to enable the Windows Explorer statusbar through the registry (which still doesn't work btw )and now suddenly the standard windows interface (with no visual styles) has adopted the new office 2003 menu style.see attached picture. Anyone got any idea how this happened? because i actually really like it and would like to implement it on the standard build.,gOoSe.
XtremeMaC Posted July 16, 2004 Posted July 16, 2004 well easiest u can do is to disable theme support from services.mscor u can go to display properties and choose windows classic.
WinPimp Posted July 16, 2004 Author Posted July 16, 2004 That is my whole point. Themes are disabled and Style is set Windows Classic.
XibaD Posted September 15, 2006 Posted September 15, 2006 That's what I want to enable via registry tweak!!!! Nlite does it as an option, but wich is the registry modification to get it?
LLXX Posted September 15, 2006 Posted September 15, 2006
well easiest u can do is to disable theme support from services.msc or u can go to display properties and choose windows classic.
More clearly, enable themes and use the default skinned theme, then stop the theme service.
