I vaguely remember a reg edit that makes adobe acrobat reader open up quicker, but can't find it anywhere.

Can someone point me in the right direction, or am i going bonkers?

A reg file? Its moving unneeded plugins to a seperate folder that speeds up Adobe Reader, maybe this is what you're looking for: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=12638

I used this program -

It has a silent install option. Only thing I had to do was -

(1) I copied the files to the adobe install directory.

(2) I had to run it later in the install process, well after Acrobat was done.

All worked fine.
