If any of you ARE reading this and you feel like helping a kid out with his new server, set Steam to connect to mystuff.zapto.org without a port. Just the address is fine.If it DOES work, post on here and say that it does and hang out so we can play a few rounds! If it doesn't, post on here and say so, please... And if possible, post the error it have you! Would be very much appreciated!

I used ping to resolve your IP and tried to connect using your IP address, and that also failed to connect.My guess is that you have a firewall and need to forward port 27015.
