Nimda Virus on web server

I've been testing a Win2k Web server, and this one file (httpodbc.dll) keeps getting the Nimda.E virus. What is the fix for this?

Go to Windows Update and install all the critical patches.

Since it is Win2k Server, you don't want to run Windows Update. I did run HFNetChk and found one patch that I had not installed yet. I'll find out tonight if that worked. Thanks.
