How can i enable terminal server in WINXP?

I want to connect simultaneously with 2 users in WINXP PRO station , is it posible?

if not , do any one know a program that runs terminal server ?

If you mean remote desktop while the local user working, they enabled this feature in the early build of windows xp servcie pack2, but then they disabled it back, but if you looking for a good program doing that you should try TightVNC its free.
