grandam_99 Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 My nav 2003 is expired and I can't put nav 2004 cause it is win98 where is the registry key for the date removal so I can reinstal it again ...
Doggie Posted May 25, 2004 Posted May 25, 2004 umm.. there shouldnt be a problem.. i recently installed nav2004 over my old nav2003 when it expired.. so i have no idea..
grandam_99 Posted May 25, 2004 Author Posted May 25, 2004 the thing is I have a customers system here and I want to reinstall nav 2003 but it keeps telling me that the subscription is done .... there must be a registry key somewhere that I can delete to be able to reinstall nav 2003 ...And also my problem is that I can't delete all the registry keys that refer to norton or symantec because this cutomer has symantec pcanywhere which limits me on what I can and cannot delete
Doggie Posted May 25, 2004 Posted May 25, 2004 no no, once subscription is up you cannot update your virus definitions..
grandam_99 Posted May 25, 2004 Author Posted May 25, 2004 I've done it before where I delete all registry keys that refer to norton or symantec and delete all shared files and it would work but now I can't do this because I have pcanywhere and I don't know which key is the one one for the subscription date
Doggie Posted May 25, 2004 Posted May 25, 2004 well that doesnt help.. if you have bought 2004 then it shouldnt be a problem installing unless u didnt properly uninstall 2003... then this could be why your having problems
