umm.. there shouldnt be a problem.. i recently installed nav2004 over my old nav2003 when it expired.. so i have no idea.. :)

the thing is I have a customers system here and I want to reinstall nav 2003 but it keeps telling me that the subscription is done .... there must be a registry key somewhere that I can delete to be able to reinstall nav 2003 ...And also my problem is that I can't delete all the registry keys that refer to norton or symantec because this cutomer has symantec pcanywhere which limits me on what I can and cannot delete

I've done it before where I delete all registry keys that refer to norton or symantec and delete all shared files and it would work but now I can't do this because I have pcanywhere and I don't know which key is the one one for the subscription date
