Does any one know how to change the default icon for IExplorer on windows server 2003?

Desktop icon, shortcut icon or the one embedded in the executable?

Shortcut Icon = right click on the shortcut and click properties and click change icon.

Executable = get a resource hacker and open windir\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe in it and replace the icon, then save it.
