If NVIDIA drops GeForce GRD driver support for Windows 10 after October, you may use the last Vulkan beta driver compatible with Windows 10 and vkd3d-proton as a workaround for a while. However, if the game requires complete DirectStorage support, there is nothing you can do except upgrading.
