mukeshnuna Posted May 3, 2004 Posted May 3, 2004 hi....i made my xp cd with everything as i needed learnt from here....!and i made iso image using cd creator image recorder.....but when i ran it on MS Virtual PC....it shows---""Reboot and Select proper Boot deviceor Insert Boot Media in selcted Boot device""wht does this means...!i configured virtual pc 5-10 times.....but couldnt get out of this problem..!does neone know how to get rid of it??thnksmukesh

[BM]Crusher Posted May 4, 2004 Posted May 4, 2004 maybe 'cd creator image recorder' doesn't create the boot sector for the ISO properly?it should be no emulation, 4 sectors and the Load Segments should be 07C0use cdimage.exe from microsoft
