can someone help with this font identification?

Man, that text is small. You're going to have problems identifying it when it consists of only a few pixels.

Your best bet is to download a few fonts off of http://www.1001freefonts.com and see if any of them look close when they're that small.

i'm not sure what you meant by "it's a 3 pt font so i can set it correctly"..

i downloaded it and tried it out in photoshop.. and have it set to 8 pts..

it's not the same font as the font above either, but i do like it, and it is very very similar.

Sorry, it's a 4pt point font, so it'sonly looks correct as long as the font size is divisible by 4. With the exception of 4. so 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, etc...
