Last year I picked up a used Dell Inspiron 3847 computer from a thrift store, tested it out with win 7 and it worked fine.  This weekend while fiddling around with 2000 on another tower, I decided to dust this one off and see if I could install Windows XP home even though it's rated for Win 7 and above.   After messing around in the bios (setting 'legacy boot' and sata to 'ata' settings) I was able to successfully install XP.  I tried the drivers off the dell site, but only the realtek sound driver works.  The processor is an i3-4130 cpu at 3.40 ghz.  Would anyone know where I could get an XP compatible chipset driver and lan driver if that is possible?

I wasn't trying to get you to do all of the work, I wasn't even sure how to find hardware ID's.  After I looked up how to find them, I thought taking screenshots of the information would be a good way to document things for anyone who wanted to check it out and it would also be a good way to make sure I didn't misstype the data.

Edit: Don't worry about it-I'll just use another os with this one, sorry for the trouble.
