March 14, 20251 yr before people ask irrelevant questions yes i am sure i cannot install it from a USB i cannot and will not install it from a USB. thank you so... the iso created with media creation tool is too large for a DVD. I'm wondering if there's some other way to install windows 10 on this PC. Is it possible to install windows 8 and upgrade it to 10? is there maybe some stripped drown version of windows 10?

March 15, 20251 yr I burned my ISO onto a Blu-Ray (BD-R) disc. My desktop has had a LightScribe Blu-Ray burner for a long time. I recently replaced the DVD drive in my laptop with a Blu-Ray drive.

March 16, 20251 yr Author i ended up installing windows 8 and upgrading to 10 from the setup software from a usb made with media creation tool. its not activated but it's good enough
