[Windows 11] 'Maximize' button hover background is smaller than it should be

as the screenshot shows, when you hover on the 'maximize' button, the background of it is slightly smaller than it should be.

I'm using the latest version aka 3.7.3, and this only appears if you're using the dark mode.

I dont know if it's a bug or its just a small issue only appears to me.

EDIT: I just found that this bug is appearing even if you dont have startallback installed. can anyone fix this by modding the file explorer or whatever?

just found that is not a startallback issue - its a windows 11 issue
