[Req] Steps to Longhornify the Windows flag

Ok, I need to make Image A look like Image B. Does anybody know how this can be done in Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro or anything? I need the exact steps and color values to use. Thanks.

That's looking better than my attempts, but it's not quite there yet. Needs more definition and the right color.
