Office 2003 MUI fails to install

Greetings,

After upgrading from Office XP, I wanted to install a Lithuanian language pack for Office 2003 Pro (genuine and activated), but I always get this error:



I have tried fully uninstalling and re-installing Office, but the issue is still present.

I can live with English Office 2003, but I would much prefer to have it in my native language
