Windows 9x Removed Languages

Hi, I'm working on the Windows Update Restored project, on WURv4, where there are 24 languages supported. Until I found that there are more languages than those 24. Some of these:
- Slovak
- Slovenian
- Greek IBM
- Thai
And there are also two types for right-to-left languages:
- Arabic and Hebrew Localized
- Arabic and Hebrew Enabled

Does anyone know why M$ stopped supporting these languages?, since they stayed with IE5.5SP2 when normally Windows 98 supports IE6SP1 for example, or WUv3.1 when 98 supported WUv4 from November 2002.

Or Microsoft may deem it unnecessary.

I'm just trying to analyze it. (for Thai language)
Many years ago in Thailand
There's a lot of pirated software used, and Windows 98 has a of news written about it.
And I noticed that Windows 95 is not fully translated.
Windows 98 I feel it is very similar to English.
only supports keyboard and Thai language display but no translation
I just found out that Microsoft has stopped supporting my own language.

A few days ago because someone in Thailand told me that this project doesn't work in Thai version.

Thank you for fixing Windows Update to work again.
