February 26, 20233 yr Just have Windows Vista 64 Bit, if you have a 64 Bit based computer. Then install an extended kernel and spoof Windows 7 build 6.1 7601 or Windows 10 build 10.0 10240 to get Steam working !

April 1, 20233 yr Hello my friend, I'm sorry to inform you but it will never download anything no matter what you do. If you wanna download anything, download it on a more modern operating system, get the game files from the modern os and put the game files in the steamapps/common folder
April 3, 20233 yr has there been a solution found yet for steam on windows vista? ive been working on trying to get it to work using mina7601s os spoof method but that still does not seem to work right (it install the update but won't load steam after that) Edited April 4, 20233 yr by legacyfan

June 6, 20233 yr I tried to use SteamLite, that should work and replace steam client with a cli interface, however i keep getting: ASLR policy is not allowed!
