PHP 7.2.x and 7.3.x working on Windows XP

Im wondering if anyone is interested in test this solution in v8.2.3

The Stackoverflow post did not provide information for fully modifying PHP 7.3 code to be compatible with Windows XP and POSReady 2009.  It merely detailed a change to a single line of code needed to run it with One Core API.

Well, someone testes PHP 7.2, 7.3 or 8.3 with latest one-core-api's? version?

I would test that if we could run One Core Api with local redirection (not installed on the entire system)
