Error installing XP MSWINCRT manifest is missing

GA-Q87M-D2H with i7-4790k trying to install to a SATA HDD and I get this error. WinSetupToUSB was used to burn the ISO to a USB

 

Error:
SXS.DLL: Assembly under W:\WINSETUP\XPPSP3\I386\asms\70\MSFT\WINDOWS\MSWINCRT could not be installed because manifest is missing.

Error:
Installation Failed: W:\WINSETUP\XPPSP3\I386\asms. Error Message : There are no more files.

My apologies, morning issues XD. When I get home I'll try Easy2Boot and then try seeing if XP2ESD could possibly fix my issue.

Are there alternative methods of installing XP on a PC with no disc drive other than USB? (Possibly extracting the setup files directly to an HDD and executing it from there, I already have a way to boot NTLDR from that drive)
