I am also on the old Titan from these series, manufacture date March of 2015. EDIT, though I still use very old drivers. I tried the Nvidia website and they failed because looks like my card is locked only to the OEM drivers from the DVD it came with. I got black screen with the drivers from Nvidia website. Yes, it will.
