I have 3 licenses and I retired one of the PCs. Now that I am on windows 11 on another one, how do I recover the license I am no longer using? I keep just getting a 30 day error.

You can activate the new PC whit the license key you have. I assume, that you have a StartAllBack license for Windows 11? If not, when you upgrade your key, it will work on Windows 10 and 11.
