Help needed turning StartIsBack back on after deactivating

Hi there,

i'm sure this is a very easy question.

In my efforts to fully customize, I turned off StartIsBack to see how my computer operated without it

and now I can't turn it back on.  Need help...feel like an id***!

i don't see StartIsBack or StartAllBack in my program list...there are no shortcuts on my desktop or anything.  I even tried reinstalling it and that didn't work

how do I find the program to open it?
