how add programs\updates\commands on Windows 9x installation?

- i have drivers for my laptop(well i must install some manually :( ;
- i must use a setup command '/pi' for install on my Acer Aspire 1690, or i get the Blue Screen when i start the Windows for get drivers;

Not easily. Least effort would be to manually install, then backup for future restoration.
