at least i don't know a way with the current ex. kernel version; with the 05142021 you are able to launch (in small mode) the 6th oct. 2020 build but a lot of games won't launch because the client is outdated, even if some may support vista (ets2 is a good example)
maybe you can try making a steam.exe.local folder and throw the 05142021 dlls in there and hope it launches with the current version of ex. kernel but i doubt it will work (dllredirectionenabler.reg must be merged if you try this)
